Litigation specialists for swift & cost-effective construction settlements
Here at McLean Law Limited, we can help you resolve your construction disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’ll help you save time and money so you can focus on the things that matter most.
If you notice leaks, subsidence & other building problems, make a claim.
When a house or a building you own is constructed poorly and subsidence or leaks occur, you may suffer damages or loss. In such cases, you may be able to make a negligence claim against the parties involved in the construction, such as the architect, builder, council, or subcontractor.
This is where we come in.
We can help you make a claim and help you prove that the construction party owed you a duty of care, that this duty was breached, and that the breach caused the damage.
If the claim is successful, you may receive compensation for your losses, including accommodation, lost income, and repairs to your property.
